With a focus on awareness, personal responsibility, and the present moment through gestalt therapy, we delve into family dynamics to understand the influences shaping your relationships and self-perception. Through voice dialogue, we integrate different aspects of your personality, fostering harmony within. Nonviolent communication deepens empathy and connection in your interactions, while somatic practices promote healing and well-being by addressing stored emotions and tensions in the body.

Together, we co-create a transformative path of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. Step into this sacred space, honor your truth, and embark on a journey of self-exploration and growth. To allow for sustainable shifts, I work with clients over a minimum three-month period, during which discounted or packaged rates are available. This extended timeframe fosters meaningful progress and lasting change. Sessions are normally priced at $144 per hour and $244 per two hours but discounted $100 until 1/1/2025 for one hour and $200 for two hours, and can be conducted in person or remotely for your convenience.

Holistic Massage

Experience an hour-long or 90 minute massage session. A holistic massage is comprised of utilizing different techniques of Mana Lomi, reflexology, shiatsu, myofascial release, pain management techniques and energetic balancing. During this time we will address whatever your body is needing, to the best of our ability within the time frame and scope of practice. We will find a common realistic goal to provide stress relief, tension relief, pain relief, nervous system regulation, increased mobility, vitality and relaxation. I offer organic herbal oil I make as a complimentary option, hot stone therapy as an addition and energetic balancing as an addition to any holistic massage session.
Holistic massage is a nurturing and comprehensive approach to wellness, designed to support the mind, body, and spirit. Unlike traditional massages that focus primarily on physical relaxation, holistic massage takes into account the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of well-being. This integrative practice seeks to balance and revitalize energy throughout the body, using personalized techniques tailored to each individual’s needs and intentions.

In a holistic massage session, gentle to deep tissue techniques may be combined with mindful touch, breathwork, and energy balancing to address areas of tension, enhance circulation, and promote deep relaxation.
