Aloha, I'm Lauren, a soulful facilitator dedicated to personal growth and intuitive spiritual connection. My journey has been shaped by a deep connection to intuitive energetic sensitivity, holistic healing practices, and reverence for the interwoven tapestry of creation.  I am honored to utilize my personal journey, growth and studies to support those who feel called to deepen their relationship with themselves and their life path.



**Embracing Sensitivity & Spiritual Awakening**
 
From my early childhood, I have been intimately connected to energy.  From a young age I remember feeling very connected to God and a higher power.  I was raised in a lineage where spiritual gifts were perceived through a religious lens, I forged my own connection with God/Source/Creation, finding solace and guidance in the whispers of nature, heart felt introspection, international travel, and the wisdom of animals.
 
🏔️ **Mountain Wisdom & Global Quest**
 
I began venturing into the majestic landscapes of Colorado and New Mexico and Hawaii,  where I found solace in the serenity of meditation, outdoor exploration and the rugged beauty of the elements. It was initially while living in the crisp mountain air of Summit County, that I embraced the transformative power of mindfulness and the healing force of nature. Seeking to quell the inner turmoil of my past, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery that would span continents and vast landscapes.
 
🌍 **Cultural Immersion & Spiritual Pilgrimage**
 
Guided by a divine calling on my 22nd birthday, I set forth on a spiritual pilgrimage that would lead me to the New Life Foundation in Thailand. Here, I immersed myself in the practices of mindfulness, holistic living, and trauma healing, forging connections with kindred spirits from across the globe. The journey continued in the enchanting village of Pai, where I co-founded the Star Seeds Center of Pai, a sanctuary for healing, music, and intercultural exchange with elders from all over the world with different backgrounds and expertise. 
 
🌿 **Shamanic Adventures & Plant Wisdom**
 
Eager to delve deeper into the mysteries of the energetic world, I traveled to the heart of the Amazonian rainforest in Peru, where I was invited to be a meditation teacher at a women's healing center that was being built in a small village in the jungle.  This invitation unexpectedly led me to then explore the potent realms of shamanic healing, plant medicine ceremonies, and ancestral traditions. Under the guidance of Indigenous elders, I traversed the intricate web of energetic healing, connecting to ancient wisdom and expanding my perceptions in ways that defied imagination.
 
🌺 **Continual Learning **
 
Returning to the foothills of Lyons, Colorado after extensive travel, I delved into the art of herbalism at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism, honing my skills in medicinal plant wisdom and therapeutic applications. The path of  energetic healing then led me to Panama to further study  with plant medicines and ceremony.  I then soon moved to Maui, Hawaii, where I deepened my understanding of Spiritual Counsel, energy work, psychic development, and multidimensional healing, preparing me for a journey of self-discovery and service to others.  During my time in Hawaii I was immersed in the Talking Hearts Counseling skills training with Joan and Tomas Heartfield.  Within that training I took a deep dive into learning about Gestalt therapy, Family dynamics, Non Violent Communication, Voice Dialogue and Holotropic Breathwork amongst other modalities.
 
**Integrated Healing & Compassionate Care**
 
Today, I am a licensed massage therapist who recently graduated from the Boulder Massage Therapy Institute in honor of learning more about the body and the impact of touch, I blend modalities such as Gestalt therapy, voice dialogue and ancestral lineage healing to create a nurturing space for transformation and growth. My practice encompasses quantum energetic healing, inner child healing, timeline repair, and somatic exploration, offering a holistic approach to wellness that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
